Auguste Clape – Cornas 2021 is an archetypal Syrah from one of the most legendary producers in the Northern Rhône. This vintage showcases Cornas's classic character: fresh, structured, and with a deep mineral character. The grapes come from old vines on steep granite slopes, vinified using traditional methods without modern interventions.

The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, violets, smoked meat, black pepper, and herbs. On the palate, the wine is powerful and taut, with fine, youthful tannins, precise acidity, and a long, stony finish. 2021 is considered a classic, cool vintage with great potential for terroir-influenced Rhône wines.
