Bernard Gripa – Le Berceau Saint-Joseph Blanc 2019 is a sophisticated white wine from the top Le Berceau vineyard in the northern Rhône Valley. The blend comes from old vines planted on granite soils around Mauves and is made from Marsanne and a small proportion of Roussanne. Gripa works naturally, using spontaneous fermentation and traditional oak aging, with a focus on balance and provenance.
The 2019 vintage displays ripe stone fruit, pear, honey, white flowers, and wet chalk. On the palate, the wine is structured, creamy, and mineral, with fine acidity, a light phenolic texture, and a long, spicy finish. Le Berceau is Gripa's flagship white wine—deep, long-lasting, and full of character.
Ideal for lovers of complex Rhône white wines with structure, aging potential, and terroir. Drinkable now with air, ideal until at least 2030+.
