Eric Forest – Mise en Bouche Pouilly-Fuissé 2019 is a complex Chardonnay from southern Burgundy, vinified with great craftsmanship. The Mise en Bouche ("Appetizer") cuvée comes from over 40-year-old vines planted on limestone marl and clay soils, which are biodynamically farmed. The style is powerful, clear, and terroir-focused.

The 2019 vintage presents aromas of citrus fruit, ripe apple, white peach, roasted hazelnut, and wet chalk. On the palate, the wine is silky yet taut, with well-integrated acidity, a fine texture, and a salty, mineral finish. It was aged on the lees in used oak barrels for approximately 12 months.

Ideal for lovers of authentic, profound white wines with balance, power, and elegance. Perfectly ready to drink now, with potential until at least 2028+.
