On the nose, the wine displays classic Nebbiolo aromas of cherry, dried roses, tar, and delicate herbal spice. On the palate, it is precise and structured, with polished tannins, lively acidity, and a long, minerally-driven finish. Aging is traditionally carried out in large wooden barrels to bring out the authentic depth and origins.
