Giacomo Fenocchio – Barolo Bussia 2012 comes from the renowned Bussia single vineyard in Monforte d'Alba – known for structured, long-lasting Barolis with depth and finesse. The 2012 vintage demonstrates classic elegance, maturity, and terroir expression at its finest.
On the nose, the wine reveals aromas of dark cherries, tar, tobacco, and dried flowers. On the palate, it is powerful yet balanced, with ripe tannins, lively acidity, and a mineral backbone. It is aged for over 30 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, in keeping with the Fenocchio style.
Ideal for lovers of classically vinified Baroli with provenance, depth, and aging potential. Drinkable now with aeration, it will age until at least 2032+.
