The 2016 vintage displays notes of ripe red cherries, rose petals, sweet tobacco, and fresh earth on the nose. On the palate, the wine is precise, lively, and structured, with fine tannins, cool elegance, and a long, mineral finish. The traditional aging in large wooden barrels preserves the authenticity of this special single vineyard.
