Pierre Boisson – Meursault 2017 is a characterful Chardonnay from the heart of the Côte de Beaune, vinified in the style of the great, classic Meursaults: restrained use of oak, taut structure, and mineral depth. The Boisson family is known for precise, long-lasting wines with Burgundian understatement.
The 2017 vintage displays aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, roasted hazelnuts, and wet chalk. On the palate, the wine is clear, cool, and saline, with lively acidity, a taut core, and a long, chalky finish. The use of oak remains subtle and contributes to the structure without being overpowering.
Ideal for lovers of classic Meursaults with finesse, provenance, and development potential. Drink now with aeration, ideal until at least 2030+.
